Who we are — and who we are not

Phoenix Home Report is a marketing and data service operated by ottomatik[ai]. We are not a real-estate brokerage and we do not provide real-estate brokerage services. Real-estate services are provided by independent licensed real-estate agents, identified by name, brokerage, and license number on the pages they serve. ottomatik[ai] operates this site and is compensated by those agents for introductions.

Estimates are not appraisals

Value ranges on this site are data estimates computed from public records. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, or lending valuations, and must not be relied on as such. Assessed values shown are tax figures, not market values. For a precise valuation, consult a licensed agent or appraiser.

Messaging terms

SMS messaging is governed by the consent language presented at opt-in and by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a valuation.

Acceptable use & data

The published statistics are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote them with attribution and a link. Automated bulk scraping of the underlying records through this site is not permitted.
