What we collect

When you request a home valuation or tax-assessment check we collect the information you submit: your name, property address, ZIP code, phone number, email address, optional property details, and — if you check the SMS consent box — a record of that consent (the exact consent language you saw, the time, your IP address, and browser). We also collect standard server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and deliver your home-value range or assessment check, and to route your request to the one licensed real-estate agent assigned to your area. That routing is disclosed here deliberately: it is how this free service is funded. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or email with any third party for that third party's own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

• You receive texts from Phoenix Home Report only if you checked the consent box, which is never pre-checked and is not a condition of receiving your valuation.
• Messages may be automated, including from an AI assistant working on behalf of Phoenix Home Report. Message frequency varies (up to about 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out — it takes effect immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email sara@ottomatik.ai.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Public-records data on this site

The market statistics we publish are computed from government public records (county recorder and assessor files, Census data). They describe properties, not people, and we do not publish owner names or contact information.

Retention, access, deletion

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Email sara@ottomatik.ai to access or delete your information; we'll confirm within one business day.
